Panettone Etna Dark Fratelli Sicilia in 1.1kg pack. Artisanal panettone naturally leavened for 36 hours, strictly with mother yeast, which guarantees softness, aroma and digestibility. Covered in dark chocolate and filled with Sicilian blood orange cream.

Ingredients: “00” soft wheat flour, 23% dark chocolate ganache and cubes, 5% candied strawberries, MILK butter, water, sugar, pasteurized EGG yolk, powdered mother yeast, powdered skimmed MILK, honey, salt , natural vanilla flavour, brewer's yeast, red decorating sprinkles, cocoa icing, low-fat cocoa powder.
